Chocolate is delicious—but it's also delicate. From May through September, all orders containing chocolate include our Temperature Protection Service to help ensure your treats arrive in excellent condition.

This service includes an insulated shipping box, ice packs, and shipping limited to 2-day transit or less. A Temperature Protection Service fee is automatically added to all chocolate orders at checkout. Standard shipping charges still apply.

Orders containing only melt-resistant items—such as gummies, popcorn, cotton candy, nuts, and other non-chocolate treats—ship using our standard shipping rates (typically $10–$20) and are not charged the Temperature Protection Service fee.
