Things to know
Most custom products require a minimum order of 50 of each item. Higher-value products may instead require a minimum order of $600. If you're unsure whether your project qualifies, we're happy to help.
Most custom orders require 3-4 weeks to complete. Complex orders may require more time. We accept orders up to 1 year in advance of the delivery or shipping date.
We make gifting easy with flexible fulfillment options. Pick up your order from our Capitol Hill store, ship to a single location or send gifts directly to multiple recipients anywhere in the U.S.

Because we do not operate an in-house delivery service, deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. A specific recipient with a cell phone must be available to accept the order in person; deliveries cannot be left with hotel front desks, concierges, or unattended locations.
