Shipping policy

General Info

Orders to the lower 48 states and Washington DC are shipped using UPS Ground service.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Priority Mail.  We do not ship to other US territories or international destinations. From mid April through mid October orders containing chocolate or other items that are at risk of melting are shipped using insulated shippers and ice packs to make sure your treats arrive in perfect condition.  Whenever possible, we try to ship orders within 24-48 hours of when we receive them.  However, to prevent orders from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday.   Orders that are placed Wednesday through Sunday will usually be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.  Shipping rates are calculated at check out based on the distance the order is being shipped and the amount of the order.
